VCDCut Pro is a video player with an inbuilt video cutting tool, which can play MPEG/VCD/DVD/AVI/OGG video files. It is also a software-simulated webcam, which can be used in many chat rooms. You can take a still picture from a video and can also broadcast your video online with this software. It works well under Windows 2000/XP/vista, but some features are not supported in Windows 9x.
VCDCut Pro provides many operations which can be executed through the main toolbar, movie control toolbar and list view toolbar. All these toolbars make the program very easy to operate. You can directly drag movie files from the folder list bar to the movie preview area to play a movie. With the movie control bar you can easily cut a part of a video and make a clip. In the tool menu, there are many kinds of tools to control movie files, broadcasting, screenshot generation etc. On the status bar you can see the file information like file name, file size and duration. This program also compresses video files and converts them into AVI format. Simulated webcam supports many connections at a time, so you can connect 32 user mode applications at the same time to simulate a webcam. |
